Unleashing the power of Ingco tools at rally raid experience

In August, Ingco Tools held their second corporate day at the Legends MX adventure farm. Hosted by Red-Lined Motorsport Adventure, this event offered some of Ingco’s top customers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the thrill of rally raid racing firsthand.

Attendees enjoyed exhilarating rides in fully South African designed and manufactured rally raid cars, driven by experienced professionals Terence Marsh and Luke Botha. The event was met with enthusiastic responses, with retailers beaming with excitement and nerves as they embraced the heart-stopping adventure.

RED-LINED MOTORSPORT ADVENTURE

Founder of Red-Lined Motorsport Adventure, Terence Marsh, shared the inspiring journey of his company. As a passionate motor enthusiast, Marsh travelled abroad to purchase an off-road vehicle but was disappointed with the options available. Realising he could build a better car himself, he established Red-Lined Motorsport in 2012. Today, the company is an internationally recognised manufacturer of T1+ and T1 rally raid supercars, driven by years of experience and a passion for adventure.

Red-Lined Motorsport has grown to become the second-largest supercar manufacturer in the world, second only to Toyota Gazoo Racing. Both companies hail from South Africa, showcasing the country’s impressive engineering and technical skills. While all cars are manufactured in South Africa, Red-Lined recently built an assembly plant in the Netherlands to better serve their European market, which includes Belgium, Portugal, and Spain. China is also a significant market, serviced directly from South Africa.

The company’s rally raid cars are built to FIA regulations and are used in competitions, including the Dakar Rally. Performance and results are crucial, but so is the journey and the people they meet along the way. Red- Lined Motorsport is often compared to the Formula 1 teams in rally raid racing, with constant testing, improvements, and evolution to achieve the best performance. They proudly use Ingco tools almost exclusively.

RALLY RAID CARS

The rally raid supercar boasts impressive specifications: a Sadev six-speed sequential gearbox, an all-wheel-drive system, 350 mm FIA T1+ specification Rieger double- shock absorber suspension, and 37-inch BFGoodrich KDR2+ tires on Evo Coarse 17- inch wheel rims. It features water-cooled Powerbrake callipers, onboard hydraulic jacks, an inflation system, front and rear- mounted radiators for optimal cooling, and carbon composite body panels.
