New Ingco warehouse officially opens its doors
A new Ingco warehouse in Montague Gardens Cape Town was officially opened in September and will service the Northern, Western and Eastern Cape.
Retailers and suppliers were invited to join the Ingco team at the official opening of its new warehouse in Cape Town. To celebrate the ribbon cutting, which was preceded by inspirational presentations by Brigitte Thysse from its marketing team, Angelo Angelos, managing director, Jaco Viljoen, national warehouse manager and Theuns Kotze, national sales manager.
The passion for the Ingco brand was a common theme in all presentations and special thanks were given to key Ingco team members and special guests including George and Dimitra Angelos, Jacqui Loio, marketing and supply chain manager, Rodney Jafta, warehouse team leader, the security team and the courier company who oversaw and ensured the move was seamless.
The new 3000m2 warehouse is significantly larger than its previous 750m2 premises and include the warehouse with a dedicated courier section, a stunning showroom, a training room, a workshop and a chill zone – everything to facilitate the Ingco promise of delivering professional tools at DIY prices, unmatched service levels, short lead times, great after sales and generally an all-round unrivalled pleasant experience for its customers.
The building has an array of quirky artwork lovingly crafted with Ingco tools made from recycled parts and materials.
The ribbon cutting was undertaken by management team and guests were then treated to drinks and snacks and taken on a tour of the premises.
